$2,000 deposit required, subsequent payments required upon completion of milestones.
Included with this package:
Milestone 1 – Research & Conception
- Identification of business model: single-brand, multi-brand, white labeller, shared kitchen, volatile/non-volatile, infusions, packaging-only, etc.
- Research and report of competition, demographics and metrics of the chosen business model
- Assistance with conception of brands and identity by our design team, if applicable
- Entity formation, tax ID registration.
- Projections, CVP’s & ProForma of first three years
- Initial inspection of proposed property and outstanding permits
- Inspection of license application by proposed locations’s city/counties
- Initial meeting with city/county to ask/answer questions/concerns
Milestone 2 – Application Preparation
- Security/fire specialists referrals if required by application
- Mechanical Engineer referral if required by application
- Referrals and initiation of all compliant property, business, product and liability insurances, according to state requirements for all products made
- Recommendations of property modifications to meet compliance regulations
- Assistance with implementation of security/fire requirements
- Creation of site plan with application-specific notations
- Authoring of license application
- Composition of live scans, proof of income
Milestone 3 – Application Submission
- Final review of application against HDL requirements
- Submission of application to city/county with all required ancilary documents
- Assistance with any required follow-up meetings/interviews with city/county
- Amendments of application, should it not initially be accepted, and resubmission
Milestone 4 – Build Out
- Communication assistance between client, contractors and specialists
- Day-to-day updates and feedback during construction
- Creation of maintenance plan for grounds, building and manufacturing premesis.
- Creation of Quality Control Program.
- Creation of all required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Master Manufacturing Protocols (MMP’s) Batch Production Record (BPR) templates and other protocols
- Creation of DCC/CDTFA Checklists/SOP Binders for inspection preparation
- IT services to recommend and setup network, point-of-sale, back-of-house and security systems
- Hiring/Training of manufacturing manager
- Creation of waste management, recall, and failed batch plans
- Setup, testing and inspection of all manufacturing equipment
- Schedule approval, testing and sealing of weighing devices
Milestone 5 – Pre-Launch
- Creation of website and social media accounts
- Compliant product packaging and labelling consultation/design
- Creation of training handbook and employee positions
- Hiring, training, and certification of Staff
Milestone 6 – Launch
- CDPH/DCC/CDTFA inspection preparation analysis and practice run
- Analysis of security systems/camera logs
- Analysis of first production batches
- Recomendations based on above analysis
