Increasing Opportunities and Decreasing Barriers

Our consulting firm is dedicated to helping those most impacted by

the War on Drugs to achieve economic freedom through entrepreneurship.

Cannabis Social Equity Programs

Tulip & Oak has a deep and personal understanding of the impact of the War on Drugs. Our founder, Andrea Unsworth, has been directly involved in the California Cannabis Social Equity scene since it’s inception in 2016. She has continued to focus on projects that positively effects those negatively effected by prior drug criminalization policies.

In 2015 Andrea co-founded Supernova Women with the mission to foster community empowerment through education, advocacy, and network building. Supernova champions for the education and advancement of individuals most impacted by the War on Drugs as they pursue their entrepreneurial goals. The organization continues to foster a safe space for and amplifies the messages of their constituents at the local, state, and national level.

Currently, Tulip & Oak is able to provide some of our services for free as a partner with Oaksterdam University. This program is currently only available to Oakland Social Equity operators and starts with a free coaching call that helps us provide services specific to your current needs.
