Package Price: $5,000
$1,000 deposit required, subsequent payments required upon completion of milestones.
Included with this package:
Milestone 1 – Research & Conception
- Assistance with conception of cultivator brand if vertical integration is planned
- Identify supply chain partners such as manufacturers and distributors
- Entity formation, tax ID registration, insurance application
- Projections, CVP’s & ProForma of first three years
- Initial inspection of proposed property and outstanding permits
- Research and report of power source, water source, and waste discharge capabilities of proposed property.
- Inspection of license application by proposed location’s city/counties
- Initial meeting with city/county to ask/answer questions/concerns
- Capital expenditure budget for cultivation equipment and inputs
- Preparation for eventual public hearing process, including neighborhood compatibility analysis and meetings with local stakeholders
Milestone 2 – Application Preparation
- Ancillary specialist referrals: fire, security, contractor, etc
- Mechanical engineer referral if required by application
- Recommendations of property modifications to meet compliance regulations
- Assistance with implementation of security/fire requirements
- Creation of site plan with application-specific notations
- Authoring of license application
- Composition of live scans, proof of income
- Consulting and recommendations to meet CEQA regulations and compliance
Milestone 3 – Application Submission
- Final review of application
- Submission of application to city/county with all required ancillary documents
- Assistance with any required follow-up meetings/interviews with city/county
- Amendments of application, should it not initially be accepted, and resubmission
Milestone 4 – Build Out
- Communication assistance between client, contractors and specialists
- Day-to-day updates and feedback during construction
- Creation of all required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and other protocols
- Creation of DCC/CDTFA Checklists/SOP Binders for inspection preparation
- IT services to recommend and setup network and security systems
- Hiring/training of site manager
- Hiring/training of staff
Milestone 5 – First Grow
- Check-ins to ensure all compliance requirements are being met
- Capture of content for promotion of brand if applicable
- Assistance with setting up testing/distribution of first crop
- Creation of website, social media accounts
