FOR COMMUNITIES
Cannabis culture grew in the same communities that the war on drugs decimated. Today’s legal industry is gated behind complex regulations, taxes, manipulators, and unexpected costs.
Let’s bust that gate open.
A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION
“We have to at least acknowledge that there has been demonstrable damage by the war on drugs to a lot of these communities. People that would love to be entrepreneurs, that should have been some of the first in line.
Because they’ve had innovative products and they’ve had the network, and they’ve had the skill to distribute cannabis for years, but were maybe locked up or put behind bars or just, you know, didn’t have enough.” – Andrea Unsworth

What Legacy 64 Represents
In 2023, Andrea and fellow advocate-owner Reese Benton founded Legacy 64, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs find success in business ownership, cannabis or otherwise!
Legacy 64 provides free business education, financial literacy, job placement, and technical assistance to individuals and business operators from underrepresented communities entering or operating in any market.
Their goal is to ensure that american industry is diverse, inclusive, and provides equitable opportunities for those most impacted by the War on Drugs. They are a community-based organization, focused on advancing the self-sufficiency and economic independence of entrepreneurs and skilled workers in industry.
