Package Price: $5,000

$1,000 deposit required, subsequent payments required upon completion of milestones.

Included with this package:

Milestone 1 – Research & Conception

  • Help identify business model of proposed distro; self-distro, storage-only, transport-only, package/label/rolling (PLR), or full-fledged
  • Research and Report of competition, demographics and metrics tier of industry client is trying to enter
  • Assistance with conception of distribution brand and identity by our design team
  • Entity formation & tax ID registration
  • Projections, CVP’s & ProForma of first three years
  • Capital expenditure budget for all equipment required by business model
  • Initial inspection of proposed property and outstanding permits, including storage capabilities and compliant testing access
  • Recommendation of inventory management platform based on business model
  • Inspection of license application by proposed locations’s city/counties
  • Initial meeting with city/county to ask/answer questions/concerns

Milestone 2 – Application Preparation

  • Security/fire specialists referrals if required by application
  • Mechanical Engineer referral if required by application
  • Recommendations of property modifications to meet compliance regulations
  • Referrals and initiation of all compliant transportation, property, business and liability insurances, according to city and state requirements of all areas serviced
  • Assistance with implementation of security/fire requirements
  • Creation of site plan with application-specific notations
  • Authoring of license application
  • Composition of live scans, proof of income, application fees

Milestone 3 – Application Submission

  • Final review of application against HDL requirements
  • Submission of application to city/county with all required ancillary documents
  • Assistance with any required follow-up meetings/interviews with city/county
  • Amendments of application, should it not initially be accepted, and resubmission

Milestone 4 – Build Out

  • Communication assistance between client, contractors and specialists
  • Day-to-day updates and feedback during construction
  • Creation of all required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and other protocols
  • Creation of DCC/CDTFA checklists/SOP’s, for inspection preparation
  • Creation of quality-assurance review process for final packaging & labelling
  • IT services to recommend and setup network and security systems
  • Configuration of inventory management system including integration with METRC
  • Creation of recurring inventory accounting process per state compliance
  • Hiring/training of distribution manager and staff
  • Schedule approval, testing and sealing of weighing devices

Milestone 5 – Pre-Launch

  • Referrals for suppliers and initial inventory purchases
  • Creation of website and social media accounts
  • Creation of training handbook and employee positions
  • Hiring & training of staff
  • Pre-launch advertising campaign creation and deployment

Milestone 6 – Launch

  • Monitoring of first 3 months of sales, incoming/outgoing
  • CDPH/DCC/CDTFA inspection preparation analysis and practice run
  • Analysis of security systems/camera logs
  • Recommendations based on above analysis
